Arshia Sultan Prefab House TRD is a UAE-based manufacturer and supplier of prefab and modular building solutions, established in 2012. We specialise in fire-rated portacabins, security cabins, office containers, labour accommodation, portable toilets, container conversions and custom modular structures.
We supply contractors, developers, facility managers and government packages across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates. Units are engineered for UAE service conditions: high ambient temperatures, coastal humidity and repeated relocation between sites.

Levelling, jointing, electrical termination and snag closure by our own installation crews.
Buy-back and relocation
